Having worked for two major recruitment companies in the past and having to work within a tight framework which made no allowance for changing market conditions or needs of the client, I wanted to set up a recruitment company which would give clients and candidates a personal service and not just a process. If we can't assist we will tell you, we will give as much help and advice as is practical particularly in these more challenging market conditions. We believe in a one to one service and work to maintain that culture.
