Also coordinated the development of a Procurement Tracking system and a Computerized Maintenance Manage System (CMMS). Managed contract and sub-contract administration and reporting for five major subcontractors.As Manager, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis for Johnson Controls World Services Headquarters, supervised a staff of eight Financial Analysts and Accounts performing consolidated reporting of all financial data for 30+ projects with annual combined revenues of $450 M.
