This $1.2 million project included 2 RS/6000 AIX servers, integration of HP3000, AS/400, and Mainframe reports using TCP/IP, ESS Shark disk, TSM Tape Backup/Archiving, HACMP for fail-over, JAVA and Windows access. Led system design, security, and customer training meetings and presentations. Over 5,000 reports were converted from paper to electronic and over 1,500 clients were supported. Project team of 120 staff, Managers, Directors, and clients. • Project Manager for the Technology hardware and operating system design, set up and implementation to support the HealthQuest Patient Management/Accounting application for Trinity hospitals in Michigan and Iowa. This $4.5 million project consisted of Mainframe hardware and software upgrades, WAN upgrades/connectivity, Web Reflections integration, EDI, TCP/IP, Security and Change Control software implementation. Project team of over 30 members and Managers. • Responsibilities included Statement of Work development, Project Plans, Budget Tracking, Contract Negotiations, Resource coordination, and pilot tests.
