Pilates Plus is equipped with 5 reformer/towers combination units, 5 Pilates Chairs and the classic Cadillac as well as many props and accessories. Class sizes are small to allow personalized attention to each participant. Whether in a private or class setting, we assist you in reaching your fitness and rehab goals. Pilates Plus offers more than 20 classes per week ranging from level 1 to level 3. Morning , daytime and evening classes; Saturdays too are offered.
