My career currently involves me working as a decision enabler; helping to provide others, within a global company, to make influential decisions that positively impact both our B2B and B2C businesses. The steps I have taken within my career (customer service, training, marketing communications, lead management, sales, reporting, quoting and service) have allowed me the opportunity to grow and learn different methods and options with influencing others and achieving my goals. Since technology never is stagnant, I am able to gain more knowledge and grow my skill set constantly.My current role involves being responsible multiple high visibility projects including PCI, ERP integrations, SFDC enhancements, SAP ERP system upgrades/refreshes as a few examples. I get the opportunity to collaborate, coordinate, teach and learn from my global fellow colleagues on a daily basis. My love of learning is keeping me involved in SFDC even after my responsibilities were shifted to others. I keep my certification in SFDC (and continue to learn in Trailhead) to keep up to date with new ideas and options that can assist our company and customers.Current responsibilities include:- Program Management for multiple projects including PCI call recording, P2PE PCI compliance, SAP ERP upgrades and refreshes, Quote integration, etc.- Trains, supports and manages Business Analysts in Sales, Service and Quoting processes- Integrations between SAP and various softwares (including SFDC)- Managing an effectiveness (self-help) global google site to assist SAP super users and end-users with processes and reportsSpecialties: Testing and Troubleshooting SAP & SFDC functionality,Business Analysis,Process Analysis,Training Functionality/Processes, Project Management, Documentation
