I manage 5 people who are Product Sales Consultants for our IBS Core and Consulting and Professional Services. This position involves managing quotas, sales, and products and services as well as campaigns to grow the business and increase revenue quicker. Virtual Sales responsibilities include getting the new business in the door and closing it so revenue is increased.

Virtual Sales is a growing division at FIS, so I started in this position to grow the Professional Services business assisting with Sales that includes discovery calls with the customers, writing the Statement of Work, pricing the engagement, and completing the entire process with the business owners or practice managers internally. I was an individual contributor until I took over managing one individual in early September. We worked on beginning the business of campaigns within our IBS Core and Professional Services.

I am a Client Relationship Manager for FIS' largest customers. This involves strategy discussions, renewals of contract extentions, new product and services sessions and ensuring the customer's satisfaction is at a high level so the relationship can advance into additional sales opportunities and provide qualified references to prospects.
