WW Program Manager for Professional Services Enablement and Talent Development

Manage a team of Professional Services Project Managers, Technical Advisors, and Technical Consultants who install, configure, and implement HP Software that support Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. Responsible for Project Management of the complex, large (over $300K), multi-product engagements insuring the projects are delivered on time and within budget. Managed a team of Partner Strategists responsible for expanding the depth and breadth of HP Software offerings for Global System Integrators (Alliances), Business Partners (Channel) and internal HP partners (ES/TS). Overall responsibility for the technical health of the partners including insuring proper enablement for Go To Market expansion. Provided leadership in the extension of the distributor channel responsibilities. In addition, served as co-project lead for the development and deployment of the Pathways to Communication Excellence (PACE) enablement. • Expanded knowledge base to include ITPS, Operations, and Applications portfolios• Helped drive the 100% plus quota attainment for 2 years in the running• Certified trainer and coach for PACE (Pathways to Communication Excellence)

Provided presales support across the Americas for all the sales routes to market, including field sales, inside sales, and indirect channels.
