Established new design tools and trained internal designers through methodologies that served as a foundation to build a very productive 15 person team. I transitioned to Project Management working with suppliers, vendors and our team to grow a very productive work force within our IBM facility. I moved into the Software environment where I honed my project management skills and involved myself with with all facets of Design, Production, Solutions and Enablement. I am very skilled at working remotely as many of my teams have been geographically and culturally diverse. Together we have established strong and trusting relationships and proven to be very successful. My strengths, I believe, lie in my organizational and leadership skills. I have received formal training in leadership, team building and conflict resolution. My team members are respected for their contributions, celebrated for their successes and encouraged to share knowledge and continue their personal growth.
