As a Notary Signing agent, I am independently contracted by lenders, title companies, escrow firms , structure settlement and closing service agencies to coordinate and oversee the appointment at which loan documents are signed by a homeowner. I receive and reproduce documents for the loan signing appointment. I will notarize one or more of the documents and fax back requested document and return the completed package to the closing agent for processing. I travel to six surrounding county to provide my services as a Mobile Notary Signing agent. I carry E&O Insurance, yearly back round checks and ongoing training that is and is not required to preform these duties.

Provide services to our son who has Prader Willi Syndrome in our home. I am certified through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and Ohio Job and Family Services to provide through his IO Waiver. I am contracted through our County Developmental Disabilities Services and Support Administration.

I am a Field Representative for United Debt Counselor. I assist their client/clients locally with the application process by: meeting with their client, go over the their personal application that was provided to me, get answers to any questions they may have for United Debt Counselor, having the client sign needed documents,providing their client with a copy of the the documents and returning signed documents back to United Debt Counselors in a timely manner.

Yearly budget preparation. Applied for all grant and United Way funding. Coordinated all programming for children and adult with developmental disabilities. Run our membership annual drive and attended all health fairs and speaking engagement requested by the United Way for their annual fundraising drive. Coordinated all board approved fundraisers. Presented reports and activities to the SCARC board at their monthly meetings. Attended all functions needed to promote our organization. Stayed and reported legislation activities that effected the individuals we served.

Closing out each monthly accounts in house and departmental service provided to county agencies.
