As a seasoned Real Estate/Lease Administration professional, my focus is on data integrity and building relationships above all else. In the world of corporate real estate, business decisions are made from data maintained by the Real Estate/Lease Administration Team. Bad data can make for bad decisions so quality controls are imperative to decision-making and hence executive team and customer satisfaction. With over 18 years of lease administration experience, I have been relied upon by senior management and my clients to recommend process improvements and suggest best practices related to the management of their real estate portfolios. My ability to manage numerous projects while maintaining flexibility is key, and I have a proven track record for effectively juggling shifting priorities. With a leadership position as the most experienced analyst on the CBRE team supporting Google provided me the opportunity to train and mentor junior analysts.
