I enjoyed working in a WHS/HR role at Veteran Affairs, coordinating WHS activities and early intervention case management.

This role involved project coordination for the introduction of a Unified Service Desk system at the TGA. This also includes change management activities in relation to the project.

In this role I assisted with enhancements of systems and strategic programs to ensure positive WHS outcomes while maintaining compliance with relevant domestic and international regulations. I was involved in the development of WHS communications and educational products. I was also involved in the collaborative design of improvement to system resources.

I undertook general and bulk recruitment activities focusing on partnering with managers to determine an appropriate recruitment strategy to meet their immediate and longer term requirements. It was an exciting role where I was part of the planning team and coordinated the delivery of key culture workshops for over 3,000 staff across several locations.
