Professional project manager having directed and coordinated the entire move of Denver’s Children’s Hospital to their new site involving more than 1200 staff, 500 patients, 200 separate departments and 450 pieces of special medical equipment. Sun Microsystems- Moved 50 million dollars worth of Server Equipment. From 9 building with numerous floors to 1 building with 4 floorRexel Electronics Voice and Data- Relocated 120 employees and warehouse.Children’s Hospital- Relocated the hospital to 1.44 million square feet facility. 73 percent larger than the original facility.Qwest Communications- Contracted with Real Estate project managers and project planner.Coordinator of weekly internal moves and external moves including hospital equipment and servers.

Managing a Build-Out. Given three months to build out 7 floors of office area from raw space. Created a construction timetable and organized the allocation of resources and material. Convened and ran all construction meetings. Coordinated schedule to ensure all vendors, contractors, IT personnel, and movers were not hampered in their assignments. Arranged for the IT department to wire all units, picked out all furnishings, and monitored contractors’ progress with the governing contract.Results:Charged by Qwest Management with arranging the weekend move of 430 employees and their respective offices, from 16 different floors to a new facility. Constructed a comprehensive plan for the move, coordinated specific responsibilities and tasks with IT, communication technicians and the movers. Results:•Successfully compressed 16 floors of people and equipment into 7 at the new site.•Project was completed in 14 hours and well within the allotted budget.► Minimizing Downtime During Office Moves. Ongoing office relocation project required moving employees to new spaces without interrupting workflow or creating excessive downtime for employees involved. Created the “Box-less Move” that used an oversized three-shelved cart to transport equipment and belongings in a short amount of time.Results:•Reduced time for the average move from 4 hours to 15 minutes.•Increased productivity during move 75%.
