• Serves as liaison between account executives and clients to ensure all needs are met.• Leads communication to the staff, sales force and internal teams on the event logistics (tradeshow memo, staffing schedules, etc.).• Manages supplier network for exhibit necessities (i.e., exhibit components, booth talent, third party vendors, etc.). • Organizes all travel arrangements for team members and housing through housing bureau. • Orders equipment, products, material and services necessary for the exhibit.• Coordination of installation, dismantle, presentation and maintenance of exhibition booths for all national trade shows. • Processes purchase requisitions for all trade show purchases.• Prepares final invoice for all services rendered in a timely manner.
