Co-race directed the first year and was the Race Director for an additional 2 years. This race included a Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, Kids "Splash n' Dash" and was a Qualifier for Alberta Summer Games in 2012. Overall responsibility for delivering high quality athlete experiences through excellent operational delivery; oversaw the race budget, sponsorship and marketing/promotions; manage multiple supplier contracts and relationships; reporting to the triathlon club board and ensuring delivery of detailed planning and event documentation; oversaw the key race volunteers to manage event logistics; and ensure the a safe and healthy work environment for all.

I was the Project Manager for the redesign and development of the Basic and Advanced First Aid programs and Adult & Teen swimming program. I also managed the development of a new National Wilderness and Remote First Aid Program and a Lifeguard Program for Canada.
