As the Senior Member of the Amoena National Sales Team, I have utilized my 20+ years of medical industry expertise to establish and negotiate National GPO contracts, IDN penetration, National Distribution channels, provider connections, and relationships to leverage Amoena as the premier force in the Surgical and Post-Mastectomy Marketplace. I maintain and develop a strong focus on working closely in the field with all US Account Managers on IDN and medical penetration strategies and presentations, while also nurturing all National Medical Accounts in an effort to design paradigms for success and growth. Created a comprehensive, medical legwear program for hospitals, surgery centers, DME's, O&P's and retail "big box" pharmacy locations. Designed and created a physician-driven program based on marketing niches and underserved markets. Developed and maintained direct relationships to distributors, hospitals, surgery centers and export opportunities. Lead independent and in-house marketing teams in extensive community marketing, physician detailing, promotions and advertising including co-marketing with hospitals, surgery centers, diabetic centers, hospital support groups and the ADA. Developed a hands on approach to ensuring a successful, physician driven and POS retail program which included the creation of the first interactive POS retail app for compression legwear. Created and lead a 28 state manufacturers' sales rep organization specializing in orthopedic, surgical and compression products. Procured, orchestrated and directly supervised nationwide roll outs and launches of medical products, devices, capital equipment and services into all segments of the medical marketplace. Recipient of manufacturers' National Sales Awards and sat on multiple panels of Beta Test Teams. Instrumental in successful launch of 3 manufacturer's retail pharmacy endeavors.
