I was graduated from Sichuan University Jinjiang College majored in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. I was doing my internship in my school to teach foreign teachers Chinese from sophomore until graduation. Then 1 year with PandaTalking as a Chinese teacher to do online 1 on 1 teaching from kids to adults. At the same time, I need to editing the teaching materials and doing sales. After that, I start doing English education ass a Teaching Assist since PandaTalking was shut down. My main job is to doing retention and referral from existing customers and at the same time need to improve customers' satisfaction. 1 year later, I was promoted to After-sales Supervisor, responsible for campus's retention, referral, and class consumption target decomposition and management . According to the data collection and analysis to summarize and find out the weak points in the after-sales service in time to improve the future work.Now, I work in NTUC Income as Client Advisor to Provide sound financial advice with proper fact-finding and review of customers' financial goals.
