Leverage prior experience as Professional Learning Community (PLC) leader to mentor six department members, incorporate authentic resources and enhance student engagement. Lead, facilitate design, and implement teacher professional development. Offer professional development to 70+ colleagues monthly. Increased motivation and engagement of low-achieving students. Partner with three German teachers across district and state in an eight-hour work day pilot program to align programs and offer curricular support. Contribute resources to share Google Drive with UNM and NMSU's German professors and teachers in Albuquerque Academy, charter school, and Kenya. Oversee 20+ La Cueva’s bilingual students (Spanish, French, German) as Bilingual Seal Coordinator. Recruit, assess, and verify students’ language credits to obtain Global Seal of Biliteracy and arrange regalia pickup and distribution.

Implemented engaging lesson plans for German 101, 102, and 202 courses to enhance language acquisition. Organized and catered for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner for two-day graduate conference annually. Collaborated with two university professors and eight graduate students to choose a conference topic. Identified and invited keynote speakers. Moderated conference sessions and led Question and Answer (Q&A) sessions.

Prepared four to eight students for Goethe Institute's B2 Certificate each year. Guided students to acclimate to school and navigate challenges, including living with 50 people with varying German proficiencies by offering transportation, arrival information, and guidance on operational standards.
