I am an OD Practitioner with a background in Wellbeing and in HR, and a passion for creating and developing communities.Having worked with a range of teams and organisations in the health and care system in Greater Manchester, I have good relationships, networks and system experience. I'm a Wellbeing Champion and Mental Health First Aider, and deliver Wellbeing sessions to health and care staff across the GM Integrated Care System.My strengths also include project management, data analysis, planning and event management. Outside work I am a School Governor, and have a wealth of voluntary experience in a variety of organisations.
