Ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the Centre, including our new Collaboration Station, offering flexible workspace facilities, for small businesses, freelancers and other business professionals on the go!Working within budgets, oversee and manage all aspects of the support team, together with detailed reporting on a monthly basis to Management. Able to achieve and exceed budgeted income figures.Working to tight deadlines. Assisting with the production of annual budget and forecasting.Sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.Liaise with brokers as to availability, carry out viewings, together with negotiation and production of new licences. Assist new clients with their move and existing clients with upsizing/downsizing or moving on. New business development for the Wenta Business Centres and managing the client relationship with our existing customers. Represent the Wenta Business Centre, Enfield at local networking and marketing events and offering ongoing support to resident and start-up businesses. Responsible for the smooth running of the centre. Liaising with clients, potential new clients, contractors and all other departments within Wenta.Ensuring all repairs are carried out quickly and to a high standard. Management of budget and dealing with any problems as and when they arise. Reception cover when needed and covering Business Development Manager role in their absence.

Responsible for Payroll, including input and ensuring timesheets were correctly completed as per rotas. HR duties from interview to leaving. First point of contact for any visitor to the Nursing Home and all incoming calls. Support to Accounts Administrator. Show rounds in the absence of the Home Manager or Deputy Manager and responsibility for liaising with relatives and residents, regarding any aspect of the resident's stay.
