• Coordinate interviewing, hiring and terminations for a 64 employee Credit Union
• Obtain bids for insurance open enrollment and maintain benefit plans
• Develop and conduct numerous Business Development Sales Training, new employee orientation programs, product knowledge classes, Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District classroom presentations and staff meetings
• Work in tandem with Credit Union President and attorney to resolve personnel issues
• Coordinate Credit Union employee functions including employee appreciation and holiday party

• Develop, implement and coordinate promotion proposals and results
• Develop new marketing initiatives including audio response service, drive-thru facility, seniors club and youth club
