In my role as a Data Analyst and Project Manager in Foods – Sustainability, I have led a number of projects engaging various stakeholders, to improve the business’s ability to report on packaging use across the Foods business and progress toward sustainability goals, using Oracle FPI and ITS DataWarehouse.● Led three major data projects, managing a team of 4, involving over 350 suppliers and a wide range of Woolworths Foods teams, to migrate and cleanse data, to allow complete and accurate Packaging data reporting. ● Developed reporting methods to comply with new South African government legislation- the Extended Producer Responsibility Regulations- in which brand owners and retailers are mandated to report and pay fees for all packaging waste put onto the South African market, to various Producer Responsibility Organisations, that manage recycling across South Africa. ● Managed the roll out of a recycling infrastructure across over 360 stores.
