Responsible for managing new homes from contract to BA status including but not limited to all aspects of soil and site surveys, drafting & engineering designs, colour coordination, plumbing applications, constant and ongoing communication with all stake holders, management reporting, accounts receivable & payable using Reckon Hosted.
