Hobart Service 2014-2023Installation Manager (2019 to 2023)▶ SNAPSHOT:Managed all aspects of multiple large kitchen food equipment replacement projects, collaborating with the customer, dealer, and general contractors to ensure deadlines were met and issues were resolved. Clients included Panera Bread, Jewel Food Stores, Costco, Lutheran General Hospital, Northern Illinois University, and Abbott Labs. Oversaw all aspects of assigned client relationships to include contract sales, coordinating site visits, negotiating contracts, procuring equipment and supplies, budget planning, and ensuring high client satisfaction. ▶MY IMPACT:Increased revenues year over year by over $3M in a 4-year period, by successfully negotiating client agreements, determining most effective service strategies, and scheduling equipment and resources tailored to each client. Recognized with Top Sales Award for organization in 2021.Effectively managed all aspects of contractor relationships including interviewing and hiring, price negotiations and contract terms, developing service specifications, ensuring safety & compliance, and removing or replacing contractors, as necessary.Hosted installation and consultation meetings with all contractors and staff to ensure schedule and timelines were developed for all aspects of project (i.e., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring), troubleshooting any problems or concerns up front to mitigate risk and ensure timely completion of services. Successfully managed a team of 5 direct reports, ensuring adequate staffing needs were met to service clients. Also managed 3-5 trade vendors and directed a team of additional internal employees providing successful scheduling, transportation, and follow-up. Developed the Tech-Dash employee recognition program to acknowledge the contributions of company technicians. Created program logo, materials, and parameters for recognition platforms. Program was very favorably received and is still in existence today.
