Collect rents, manage lease renewals, lease vacant apartments, manage resident issues, coordinate and host resident events, produce monthly accounting and owner reports, train new leasing agents, any other duty as needed to operate a leasing office.

Show and lease vacant apartments, screen applicants, prepare leases, manage renewals, host resident events, receive maintenance requests, collect and deposit rents, all other duties as required in a leasing office.

Substitute teacher for all grades and subjects. Including special ed., music, art, PE, business and core classes. Long term sub for music teacher at Indian Valley Jr. High orchestra.
