In a nutshell - Started with The Paddling Center as their Marketing Manager (freelance). Doing this revealed to me many areas the business needed help and could improve.Helped company go completely digital. Upgraded online/phone reservation system and increased online reservations by 500%. Increased Group Tour Sales by 500%. Promoted to General Manager while still handling all phone/online reservations. Basically, I now run the business for the owner.

MBK missions is a non-profit organization ministers in Sambo Creek, Honduras. As vice president i handle the daily operations of the organization stateside. Mission team coordinator, event coordinator, donations supervisor, financial planning, digital marketing and social media director are just a few of the hats I wear in this part-time volunteer position.

Through many years of dedicated service, I propelled my way from customer service rep to top sales performer in the commercial sales department publishing division earning numerous top sales person awards as well as team member of the year 2005. My success followed me when I accepted a postion with Autotrader.com receiving Top Producer for South Region in 2007.
