I learn a great deal from my candidates in skilled trades, I may even learn how to weld or repair machinery myself :) I was co-owner of an electrical wholesale so I do have a very keen understanding and knowledge of the related work in this trade. Early in my career I recruited companies to host International professionals, mostly engineers, who needed Canadian work experience in their profession so they could start a new career here in Canada.
