- Coordinate logistics operations at origin for the transportation of products.- Track and report on the shipment booking process based on company KPI.- Support US Logistics team by communicating origin challenges and trends.- Establish & support booking process KPI on how shipment data is entered into LE & service provider's booking platform.- Ensure compliance with import & export regulations by reviewing and approving documentation accuracy.- Monitor service provider & vendor performance.- Build out origin reporting and vendor/forwarder scorecards.

- Make booking arrangement as per weekly shipping forecast from Volvo Shanghai.- Coordinate any clearance issue with Volvo 39 overseas markets (Asia/Africa/Australia/New Zealand/Middle East/South America…etc.)- Review, create & improve internal payment process with 3rd party service provider.- Check & approve monthly invoice from 3rd party service provider.- Check monthly bill and follow with head office for Volvo payment.- Follow up new market or LC shipment.- Cost reduction on 3rd party charges for Volvo.- Making SOP / workflow for Volvo shipment.- Participate Volvo meeting to present whole work process as well as railway procedure.- Internal training for all the China office (East China / South China / North China).
