I am have been a teacher since 1985. I have a BA in Early Childhood with a minor in Elementary Education. I have taught almost all elementary grades except 5th grade. Some of these experiences were with combo classes-2 difference grades and curriculum in a single classroom. I have continued to learn and enhance my professional skills. I earned a Reading Endorsement, MA in Educational Technology, and National Board of Education Certificate.I am a proud member of my professional organization; Boise Education Association, Idaho Education Association, and the National Education Association.Being a life long learner, I followed what interested me too. This lead me to Reiki. It was only after I saw the difference Reiki made in my life that I decided to learn how to help others. I started my training in 2008. Since then I have been trained in traditional Usui Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Shamanic Reiki and Karuna Reiki. I have also been trained in ThetaHealing and I am a Certified Angel Card Reader through Doreen Virtue's Program. In 2019, I have completed training to earn certification as a Medical Reiki Master. I am excited to help my clients in this capacity. In 2013 Reiki Renewal was created. Reiki Sessions, ThetaHealing Sessions, Readings, and Classes are offered.
