Strategically managed the supply chain and revenue cycle, liaising with system service revenue. Transitioned Baptist Health Floyd's Finance team from an accounting role to an operational analyst role to provide financial support and guidance for all hospital clinical, ancillary, and support departments.• Reduced the interest rate on the bonds issued in 1998, which resulted in the refinancing of $58M in bonds. • Managed a team that worked on incorporating the acquisition of the Cancer Care Center, which led to successfully implementing the monthly reporting functions that allowed for gathering and reporting financial information upon the completion of the purchase. • Collaborated with leadership team due to company’s declining financial performance and implemented opportunities that resulted in operating income of $4M in the subsequent year.
