Planned and implemented events and special projects. Budgeted for events; planned, hired and trained staff; produced schedules and event collateral. Built relationships with donors and managed stewardship. Worked closely with Executive Director, External Relations, to develop business and communication plan for the expansion of the RCM into the TELUS Centre and Koerner Hall and supported the capital campaign raising $110M over 4 years. Developed new event models and created additional revenue streams.
