I manage an independent organisation providing accessible, responsive and flexible transport for groups and individuals unable to use public transport. I work with a Board of Directors to execute business strategies, financial management and marketing and I have developed strategic plans to ensure cost effective delivery of high quality community transport and other related transport services. I enjoy motivating, supporting and managing a team of employees and enthusiastic volunteers in the provision of community transport enabling people to live independently, participate in their community and to access a variety of services; in turn reducing loneliness and social isolation.

As a naturopathic nutritionist I provide natural solutions to heal the body through the use of nutrition. Disease can manifest on many levels physical, emotional, mental or spiritual therefore I feel it is essential to treat the person as a whole, deal with the underlying cause(s) rather than just the symptoms. I believe in a holistic and naturopathic approach towards nutrition, focusing on the body's ability to heal and maintain itself if given the right environment to obtain optimum health. I work as a practitioner for the Bromyard Osteopathy and Natural Therapy Centre and I work with clients on a one to one basis providing consultations and treatment plans that are tailor-made and specific to the individual. I am very passionate about nutrition and health and I hope to inspire and empower others to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
