I've spent most of my life as part of the Walt Disney Company: I'm currently part of a talented team that leads over 150 Cast Members in a creative/event support/retail/production environment. This business incorporates staff in a variety of roles, including call center, data processing, client communication, design, production, event support, and delivery of gift items to venues. My role includes hiring new staff, overseeing production, coaching Cast Members, troubleshooting, tracking labor and expense, and assisting in service recovery.
