Responsible for creating business requirements for a number of functional areas such as New Business Intake (NBI), Workday (HR), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), experience and biography management, event management, and pitches using both Waterfall and Agile techniques. In addition, created process diagrams across functional ares and other diagrams for General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) using ARIS. Currently, I am working with the Enterprise Architect group to create more diagrams in Sparx Enterprise Architecture that will provide a global view of business processes in relation to systems and integrations with drill-downs to the data level. I have also created Request for Proposal (RFP) templates and a process for evaluating new software purchase considerations. Other working templates that I created include: Peer review, case study, user stories, and Blueprint extracts.

• Responsible for leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to create the business requirements and technical designs for loan and deposit systems going into a financial data warehouse for government, shareholder, and management reporting. In building a warehouse, the aforementioned documents were created by analyzing the inbound systems, interviewing multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) for their requirements for data transformation, and assisting in the definition of the star-schema database. o Projects also include building Business Objects reports, building cubes, creating reference data extracts into the warehouse, creating extracts out to pricing engines, creating online Dashboards, and creating the online Error Correction and adjustment applications.Documents define the ETL and storage processes including data flow diagrams and provide requirements matrices to verify that all requirements have been covered development (AD) and QA.Responsible for reviewing project related test strategy documents, test cases, code and technical designs as well as assisting the LOB and technical staffs through the entire SDLC process.Responsible for creating the bank-wide standards for the creation and on-going support of technical designs as well as all training material for all LOBs using the financial data warehouse.Standards include templates for: Functional Specification Documents including process and data flow diagrams.
