With over twenty three years of varied experience in the banking sector, I am passionate about enhancing the wellbeing of staff in the workplace. As a wellness ambassador at AIB, I provide an ongoing offering of services, classes, visiting speakers, programmes, and engagement activities to support the physical, mental, and emotional health of my colleagues. I believe that a happy and healthy workforce is the key to success and innovation, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive culture at AIB.In addition to my wellness role, I also work as a bank official handling GDPR Data Requests. I have spent many years involved in CRM & Internet Business Banking supporting all Jurisdictions including the UK. I am committed to raising awareness and interest in our wellness programmes & offerings. In addition to my current role I have also achieved a certificate in photography,a diploma in PR, Journalism & Front Line Banking which I leverage to create engaging and inspiring content and campaigns for internal and external audiences. I enjoy combining my creative and analytical talents to deliver value and satisfaction to AIB and its stakeholders.
