As Chief of Staff with Jerold Panas, Linzy & Partners, I implement various strategies for sales on behalf of Partners while supporting and functioning in direct cooperation with the Executive Managing Partner. I conduct thorough examinations of key metrics, including expense control, sales indices, and scorecards. I deliver a broad range of administrative assistance services, such as coordinating calendars and booking travel accommodations, to C level executives and other members of the senior leadership group in a diplomatic manner. I source, recruit, and onboard top talent to fill any position vacancies. I offer coaching sessions and programs, professional development opportunities, and occupational guidance to current and new personnel at all career levels. I oversee all employees throughout the performance and execution of day to day business operations in the office.
