Provided Customer service by helping customer receive what they needed or helped them by walking them through how to access the receipt program on line. I learn new things quickly. On some of the jobs I have had I started programs that they kept after I left the company. in 2 different Sears I had them keep an inventory log by the children's cash register to make it easier to see what furniture we had on hand in the store to save time and provide the best customer service. In a contract position for the government I stayed task oriented to guarantee my best work. and worked with them through two different agencies and three different contracts. In my last position I got their C.M.M.S system up and running. Better ensuring the running of the Maintenance Department.
