Responsible to define a service focused environment in collaboration with the CECA Management team. Direct and support Service Representatives to maximize the success of students and employers.Lead and manage direct reports and ensure the delivery of results are in support of CECA's mission, vision and guiding principles. This will include setting goals, hiring, developing and retaining the best qualified staff for CECA (inside and outside the organization). Identify development opportunities in others and manage performance.Provide overall leadership to the organization by:providing direction and strategic planning for CECA. Monitor business practices . Develop internal/external customer service standards and make continuous process improvements. Develop productive, collaborative working relationships across UW and CECA.

Responsible for the management and coordination of all information sessions and staffing required. These sessions allow employers a unique oppportunity to develop and co-ordinate their image building activities and to build a stronger relationship with targeted student groups.. Worked closely with CEO's, VP's and HR managers to promote and run events successfully. Fostered and manintained good working relationships with all stakeholdes inside and outside of the University.
