Responsible for managing client accounts for cosmetics and personal care product manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies for human clinical testing (safety, efficacy and photobiology) as well as microbiological, analytical and toxicological testing. Assist clients in determining the testing services needed by explaining the evaluation methods and objectives of the testing performed, culminating in quote generation. Provide effective technical support to new and existing clients by assisting in the design of protocols specific to claim substantiation or safety objectives, communicating study timelines and results, and resolving any project-related issues.Research and develop potential new clients through the use of on-line resources, trade organizations, personal contacts within the industry and trade show leads. Responsible for initial contact with new inquiries/cold calls.Travel to client facilities as necessary to discuss studies, promote new business and provide a presentation of laboratory capabilities. Host client visits and provide tours of the testing facility.Assist in the development of:• information regarding market trends and pricing and forward to CEO/President• advertising and marketing strategies• market research for potential new markets
