I graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a BA of Arts in Marketing and Public Relations in 2009. I have total 8 years working experience included 2 years of account servicing in customer service industry.I had experienced on project coordination and event planning when I worked as an Account Manager at LSG Sky Chefs. The excellent interrelationship skill that I have enables me to communicate with the team well. Besides that, as an Account Manager there, it gave me chance to work in a multi-cultural environment as I had to achieve customers’ needs and expectations from different work of life and around the world.
