I• Ensures Newtown Township’s adherence to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC), Newtown Township Zoning Code, Subdivision/Land Development Ordinance, and the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Codes in the acceptance and processing of petitioning and permitting applications. • Researches, prepares, and presents new Ordinances such as the Cluster Development Ordinance and Sign Ordinance for the Planning Commission’s review.• Serves both the Zoning Hearing Board and Planning Commission in preparing agendas and minutes, documents, and reports. • Extensive experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments as per the ASTM E 1527-05 Standard. • Compiled Section 106 Reports of the National Historic Preservation Act as required by the FCC and on behalf of clients. • Wrote a stream monitoring plan based on the USDA Stream Visual Assessment Protocol for a stream restoration project in Upper Merion Township. • Successfully reworked an Ecological Assessment for a project located in Harrisburg, PA.
