I specialise in facilitating and enabling changemakers at the forefront of work to resist and transform oppressive systems for a more socially just UK. I create ways to redistribute power and resources. I leverage my knowledge (both issue-specific and about social change processes), my rich networks across philanthropy, charity, academia and local government, and my facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills. I come to this work in a spirit of collaboration, kindness and creativity and with an awareness that unhealthy system dynamics are everywhere, including in me, and need to be continually and consciously resisted. I also bring deep awareness of how organisations can develop and change themselves to be fit to engage in and support complex social change work. I love this work and treasure the relationships I have with the people I work with. Also an elections nerd!
