The awards supports emerging female talent in property and construction industries. DirectorPascall + Watson Architects Mar 1997 - Feb 2008Cathy started at Pascall + Watson as a project architect at Heathrow Airport. 8 years later she was invited to be the first female Board Director in 50 years history of the practice. Cathy was involved in developing a new business sector focusing on Higher Education – her first successful project in this sector was the innovative SuperLab for the new multi-million pound Science Centre at London Metropolitan University. Whist Cathy was the Framework Director for Manchester Airport she recognised an opportunity to open a new branch office in Manchester. Cathy sourced the office and was responsible for leading and growing the regional studio. Cathy was also Framework Director for Imperial College London (including being a member for the ICL Framework Management Group) and University of Sussex.
