The Equitable Bank was founded over 85 years ago for the purpose of helping to assure that Milwaukee area families had good, adequate housing. Today, Equitable is one of the largest residential real estate lenders in Milwaukee. Areas of responsibility include:- Administrator for all benefits plans including health, dental, vision and life insurances, Defined Benefit Pension Plan, 401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts.- Coordinate of all employment functions including recruitment, interviewing, background checking procedures, job offers and on-boarding as well as terminations and off boarding procedures. - Involved in all bank security issues including risk assessments and Workman's Compensation.- Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance in all practices.- Compose and revise bank-wide policies and procedures for regulatory compliance. - Work with department leaders to develop staff performance improvement plans by using multiple mechanisms in order to achieve success and improve organizational effectiveness.

- Participated in all employment functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, and benefits enrollment.- Conducted monthly New Staff Orientation Program and additional hospital-wide training & educational programs to all staff levels on benefit programs, values integration, employment, interviewing techniques, safety and timekeeping system.- Composed and revised department and hospital policies and procedures.- Composed and revised job descriptions for all staff position levels.- Processed payroll for all staff levels, familiar with DOL compliance practices.- Analyzed and reviewed hospital compensation program.
