Our key focus is on service, ensuring that every client is treated in a bespoke manner and every candidate is valued.Smart 1 began out of the desire to establish a recruitment agency that can fill a void left by other temporary and permanent placement agencies. We would like to make a difference in the community, providing job seekers with the employment and career development opportunities they seek and businesses with the correct candidates to help them achieve their goals.Our team of six have combined experience of 25 years in recruitment and over 20 years in HR/Business management.
