As a Network Application Design Specialist, I am an accomplished and pro-active Systems Application and Design Specialist for Voice and Network Solutions and Services. A highly qualified professional providing technical and operational expertise for voice network products, consisting of Megalink, SIP Trunking, Centrex, Toll Free, AIN (Advanced Intelligent Network), Disaster Recovery, diversity, CCMIS and Busy Line Studies.I can provide a large array of services, such as, consultation, design, co-ordination, pre and post implementation support, solution delivery, training, and disaster recovery planning. An important aspect of my role is to identify and action opportunities resulting in retention, growth and enhancement of revenue. My skills include having solid technical knowledge of the voice products within the Bell Business Portfolio. I am able to recognize the synergies of the various products and will create and deliver customized designs for complex solutions to meet our customer’s business needs. Sensitive to critical time frames, highly skilled in customer handling techniques; problem solving, organizational and delivery of installations and training needs.I am positioned within the Bell Business Market under the Connectivity Services & Delivery Team; supporting Enterprise Customers. Primarily I support the TD Bank Financial Group- within Bell Ontario/Quebec, Bell West and Nationally through the Bell Aliant.
