In charge of quality assurance and project management my primary role is to provide client support in ensuring positive outcomes for their traffic engineering challenges. I also have a particular interest in travel planning and workplace travel plans having been instrumental in the preparation of the HMRI Workplace Travel Plan, Newcastle Courthouse Parking Study and the JHEF Port Macquarie Smart Travel Plan. Each project involved extensive surveying of staff, students and visitors to provide an understanding of site specific transport patterns and enabled an informed prediction of future parking requirements and mode share opportunities.

In charge of project management and quality deliverables I also provide technical assistance and research support for traffic impact assessment projects and to the engineering team. I have recently completed a short course in Sustainable Travel Planning and have been involved in a number of projects requiring Workplace Travel Plans, Travel Surveys and sustainable travel planning.

In 2003 I commenced as the accountant for a Newcastle motor vehicle retailer managing the administration for the company's two sites. Following the sale of the business I was employed by the incoming Queensland based firm as the Administration Manager to assist in establishing their Newcastle outlet and to manage a team of six administration and finance staff.

I commenced as a part-time sales consultant following the birth of our second son. In 1995 I became an executive sales manager which culminated in being awarded top Australian Executive Sales Manager in 2000.
