It is also an auction house and an art centre that is accessible to all free of charge.Key achievements: Digital Communication: • Revampted the website and increased website traffic from 900 visitors per month in 2021 to an average of 5,000 visitors per month• Expanded the newsletter database from 600 to nearly 6,000 subscribers, with open rates of 65%, far exceeding the industry average (20-25%)• Created the template to generate online catalogs for each auction, automated the creation of the printed version in an more user-friendly format that reduced the production time by a third and leading to a significant increase in downloads and engagement (up to 833 downloads of the PDF/auction and up to 613 click on the flipbook version)Social media (SMO strategy): • Launched the Instagram page, growing the follower base to 2,400• Increased Facebook page subscribers by 2,800• Achieved a reach of 765,000 on Facebook and 245,000 on InstagramArt centre (200m2):• Most artists sell at least 2-3 works during the exhibitions• Artists are always satisfied with their experience• Some artists receive offers to exhibit in art galleries after showcasing with us• We occasionally receive press coverage I achieved these results with a very small budget (-€20 k/y), optimizing resources for maximum impact.RESULTS: As of 31/12/2020, the outstanding loans had dropped to €21.8 million, the numbers were in constant decline. Since I joined Mont-de-Piété in April 2021, I have helped reverse this trend. Outstanding loans have been steadily increasing, reaching a record level of over €29.3 million by 31/12/2023 (€3.1 million rise in 2022 and €3.4 million rise in 2023). The number of new clients "loan" grew by 29% in 2022 and 12% in 2023. The number of clients "auctions" grew by 16% in 2022 and 11,5% in 2023. Show less -
