I have worked with customers for almost 7 years, answering phone in a professional timely manner, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and a friendly and organize person. Burger King was where I had most of my customer experience and problem solving including learning to work in a fast-paced environment, and was able to use my own personal skills to translate in Sign Language and Hmong, but also able to allow my co-workers to still interact and communicate with them. Being able to interact with animal and their owners has made me feel more confident at New Brighton Veterinary Hospital. Most of all, I have learned to take criticisms in order for me to make the clinic successful and making other clients feel comfortable in their environment. Working at GAP, I was able to learn on my own answer phone calls in a retail store, learn to multi-task at the register and greeting customers during a stressful time, but was in a calmly manner and friendly. BlueCross BlueShield has given be the opportunity to learn a brief background on insurance payments, but most of all, I used my customer service skills to help employees with their expense reports and any questions they might have. With customer experience for 4 years in a fast-paced environment, translating and communicating in Sign Language/Hmong, take criticism for success, self-starter, organized, and a leader; in my opinion, these are all great qualities for a person to have a succeed.
