Current estimated TIC is over $1 Billion.Responsibilities and accomplishments include:• Developed and implemented standard monthly and weekly reports on project metrics.• Re-established monthly project reviews for each of 38 Engineering Change packages.• Revision of monthly Business Meeting package to remove redundant reports and unused data.• Lead three month effort to analyze and revise the project’s P6 schedule.
