I love working with the public. The seniors are my favorite. The regular customers are the ones who carry us through the hard times. Every customer should be treated the same. It is my responsibility as a manager to make the place a good environment to work in. Make sure every single person that works there carries there is own weight no matter who they are! I am not afraid to get dirty or work someone’s shift because they do not follow rules. I have worked every single spot in the restaurant and every spot is just important as the others. No one is better. Loyalty to my customers, co-workers and my staff are a must. I do not choose to hang out and party with my employees. You can not do that and have a good work environment. We must follow the rules to every song aspect so that nothing gets forgotten or taken advantage of. I strive on keeping my restaurant CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. That’s how you have perfect inventory. Hard worker is my best asset!
